These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website operated by EL GLOBE COINS CYPRUS LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Company Registration Number HE468528) (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order, the customer (“you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Products
All items offered for sale are collectible and numismatic items.
Prices are determined based on numismatic value, rarity, condition, and market demand, and are not based on the metal spot price.
All items are sold “as is”, as described and shown in photographs. Photographs form an integral part of the item description.
3. Orders
An order is considered binding only after written confirmation by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or item unavailability.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Accepted payment methods will be indicated during the checkout or agreed individually with the customer.
All bank fees, transfer fees, or intermediary charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Items are shipped from Cyprus to the address provided by the customer.
Available shipping methods may include registered mail or courier services.
Shipping costs, insurance limits, and delivery times depend on the selected method and destination.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the postal or courier service, the risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Insurance
Insurance coverage, if any, is limited to the amount explicitly stated at the time of shipment.
The Company is not responsible for losses exceeding the insured amount.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
The Company has no control over customs procedures and is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of collectible and numismatic items, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the item has been shipped, except in cases of material error by the Company or where required by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant item.
